What is the Broadband Extra Data Fee?

Customers who exceed the data allowance for their Broadband package will be charged an additional amount. The tables below show this amount.
An extra data service fee is also charged of £5.75.
For example a customer who has a 3GB peak allowance, uses 20GB in peak hours. They fit into the next data band of 30GB and are charged £3.42 plus the extra data service fee of £5.75.
